How do predictions work? They're estimates based on your own logged history, shown with an honest confidence range. They are not medical or contraceptive advice.
How do I delete everything? Settings → "Delete all my data". It erases your data from the device immediately.
Will it work for irregular cycles / PCOS? Yes — it adapts to your history and widens its ranges rather than assuming a fixed 28‑day cycle.
Can I get reminders? Yes, optional on‑device reminders. They're discreet by default (no cycle details on your lock screen).
